Despite our best efforts, items on our web site may, on rare occasion, be mispriced. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation

The level of security you enjoy while shopping or making a purchase on our site is more secure than handing your credit card to a department store clerk or restaurant waiter. In fact, we never see your credit card number when you use our secure GOOGLE shopping cart.
We process your order within 72 hours of your payment clearing. Thats 3 business days. Orders recieved on a Sunday or Holiday will be processed within the 72 hours starting on the next business day. Orders typically take up to one week to process and ship. You will recieve shipping codes and tracking numbers within 72 hours via email, inclusive of carriers website and 800 number, so you can easily, worry-free obtain reports on the status of your shipment while in transit. Your order should arrive within 5-10 business days.
On rare occasions items may be backordered. If the items that you have ordered are on backorder, a TMG representative will attempt to notify you immediately by telephone and, if not available, by e-mail advising you of the backorder. Once we get in contact with you, we will give you a new estimated time of delivery for the backordered item. At that time, you will be given the choice of your item remaining on backorder and being shipped when available, or a full refund for the backordered item including shipping cost if charged
We have NO minimum order requirements.
If your shipment shows signs of damage, you must immediately inform the freight carrier at the time of delivery, refuse delivery and ask that the shipment be returned to the address on your shipping label for claim processing. To insure proper handling of your claim you are required to report evidence of damage immediately to the carrier's company and their driver and the manufacture. CashSavers although not responsible for shipping damage believes in our customers guaranteed satisfaction and will make every effort to assist you in the unlikely event you have a damage claim.
Initial product defects will be replaced or repaired within the period of the manufacturer's warranty. We recommend keeping the original shipping cartons and packaging and product manuals. If you have to return or move the items, they are, they are indispensable
Any and all problem products sent to CashSavers must be accompanied by a "Return Goods Authorization". To obtain a "RGA Number", call us at 248. 683.9213 or email us at Cashsavers@gmail.com to e-mail your request. We will issue you a "RGA Number" within 72 business hours. If so instructed by us, products should be returned freight prepaid with the Return Authorization Number clearly printed on the shipping label. Do not write on the product carton, as this will invoke a 15% restocking fee for a damaged carton. Products shipped to us without a "Return Authorization" will not be accepted.
There are no returns or refunds for custom manufactured products, including but not limited to Custom Logo, engraved, and or personalized items.
Except for the products listed above, we accept product returns for refund for 30 days after the purchase date under the following conditions. The items may be returned up to 30 days for a refund, minus a MINIMUM 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. The merchandise being returned must be packaged in its original carton/box and the packing must not be damaged. CashSavers suggest you photograph the item, for your records, clearly illustrating no breakage or damage, along with your packaging and the items original carton/box. Products not in perfect resalable condition will not be accepted for return and credit. All electronics are new and under manufacturers warranty. As soon as a product has been assembled or installed, no refunds are permitted. Defective merchandise received will be handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping cost for returned product/merchandise is to be assumed by the customer and prepaid by you. Shipping cost prepaid by TMG to service your original order are not refundable

We may disclose personal information when required by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, or to comply with a legal process served on our web site.
Any litigation between you and CashSavers must be litigated exclusively in the Michigan state courts sitting in Oakland County, Michigan. By placing an order with CashSavers, you agree to the litigation of all disputes in such courts, consent and submit to the personal and subject matter jurisdiction of such courts and waive any defense of forum non conveniens (inconvenient forum) or other similar defense.
Michigan law (exclusive of its conflict of law principles) will govern the interpretation or enforcement of the agreement between you and CashSavers.
The prevailing party in any litigation between you and CashSavers will be entitled to recover its attorneys' fees and costs (at both the trial and appellate level) from the non-prevailing party.
You and CashSaver waive any right to trial by jury.
